Events in the project

 

04.09.2013 – Grant Contract is signed - "European Community external actions" - which aims to award a grant to implement the project entitled "Cross-border infrastructure (communications infrastructure between Romania and Republic of Moldova);;

16.10.2013 – A training seminar takes place in Bucharest focused on the monitoring and implementation of cross-border infrastructure projects (  infrastructure of communications between Romania and Republic of Moldova) ;

17.10.2013 – Is performed at the Applicant headquarter (Ministry of Transport represented in the project by SC Telecomunicatii CFR SA) the first verification visit of key activities of the project;;

23.01.2014 – It is performed , at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, a visit of verification of the actions and the state of the Republic Modova acquisitions undertaken in the project;

07.02.2014 – It takes place at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration in Romania a meeting of the Board of Directors made up of members of Project partners involved in cross-border infrastructure (communications of infrastructure between Romania and Moldova), with the following agenda: implementation status of the project and the actual  or potential problems that may affect project implementation.

27.02.2014 – In Bucharest at the Applicant headquarters has held a training seminar on the preparation and submission of progress reports.

20.03.2014 – It takes place at the Applicant headquarters (Ministry of Transport represented by SC Telecommunications CFR SA) the extensively submission of communications solutions that will develop between Romania and Moldova for railways. 

Changes in the Eligibility (nationality and origin) rules referred to in Annex IV following publication of Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 on 11th March 2014
Following the entry into force of the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 of the European Parliament of the Council of 11th March 2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action (CIR), new eligibility rules have to be applied in all procedures to be launched at the latest from 1st of August, 2014.

During the period 2nd of October - 3rd of October 2014 was held in Chisinau a Special site-visit to verify the action taken by Partner no.1, The ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova in respect to the public procurements of work execution envisaged by the Action, as a result of mesures imposed by the Action Plan.
